Terms of service

zytet.com is owned and operated by Kirlu, CVR 46499573 (below "we" or "Zytet"). The service is offered only to businesses. By signing up, your company (below "the customer") enters the agreement with Kirlu.

One account may be created per company (EIN or legal business name). The account and the subscription's websites must belong to the customer's own business.

Zytet is an analysis tool: we measure a website's readiness to be found and cited by AI search services, we follow visibility in AI answers, and we deliver a prioritized action plan. The service is reporting only. We do not change the customer's website.

The AI services (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and Perplexity) choose whom they cite. We improve your odds across them, but we cannot guarantee mention, citation or placement in AI answers, and we guarantee no particular effect on traffic or revenue. The GEO score is on-site and engine-independent. The visibility check asks the engines we have live API access to. An engine without a key is skipped and is not shown as an answer.

The subscription covers the number of websites stated on the chosen plan. All prices are in US dollars, plus tax. Payment is in advance by card through Stripe, either monthly or annually according to the customer's choice at signup. List prices: Start $49 / month, Growth $79 / month, Agency $179 / month. Annual billing is 33 % off those list prices.

The price is fixed for 12 months at a time. Price changes are notified at least 60 days before the next renewal and take effect from the renewal.

On top of the plan the customer can buy three add-ons in the account. Prices plus tax: extra website $19 per month, five extra prompts on one website $7 per month, and an extra visibility check $7 as a one-time.

The first two are added to the running subscription and follow the same billing interval. A purchase mid-period is prorated for the remainder. A subscription add-on can be removed in the account without cancelling the plan. One-off visibility checks become credits tied to one website and the calendar month they were bought in. Unused credits lapse at month-end and are not refunded.

Monthly subscription: cancel anytime. The subscription ends at the end of the current billing period.

Annual subscription: the agreement runs for 12 months and is paid in advance. There are no refunds on the prepaid year. The subscription can be cancelled effective from the end of the current 12-month period.

Analyses are included with no per-check fee within fair use: up to 10 analyses per website per day and up to 25 benchmark runs per website per day. AI visibility checks follow the chosen plan's monthly quota, and each website can track the number of prompts the plan covers.

Visibility prompts are tied to the customer's own brand and domain, and a website's domain can be changed at most once per 30 days. Systematic circumvention of these limits (for example monitoring unrelated companies, or reselling analyses without an agreement) is treated as abuse and can, after notice, lead to suspension of the account.

The customer warrants that it has the right to have the websites registered on the account analysed, and that the information on the account is correct. Recommendations in the reports are carried out at the customer's own risk.

We aim for high uptime, but the service is delivered as is, and analyses depend on the customer's website and third-party services being reachable. Our total liability is limited to the amount the customer has paid for the service in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect loss, including operating loss, lost profit or loss of data. We do not sell an SLA.

We process as little personal data as possible. See the privacy policy for details on processing, retention and deletion.

We can update these terms with at least 30 days' notice by email or in the portal. Material changes give the customer the right to cancel the subscription effective from the change taking effect.

The agreement is governed by Danish law. Disputes are decided at Kirlu's home venue. Questions about the terms can be sent to hello@zytet.com.
